Ashbury Precision Ordnance [APO] Technicians at Work

We’ve been pretty busy around the shop since last month’s SHOT Show and thought we would show you what we’ve been up to!

Rube, one of our technicians, is laser engraving APO M107 Barrett 50BMG Electro-Optic mounts.

He then inspects, packages and ships several hundred to customers.

Here's Todd, one of our Engineering Technicians, work on a new product development initiative on the Haas TL-1 CNC.

APO and Engineering Services Group’s fiber laser

The Engineering Services Group’s Rapid Product Development Center and Ashbury Precision Ordnance have added a new in-house laser engraving capability.

The new fiber laser is very fast and can engrave a wide range of materials to a considerable depth on flat and rounded surfaces.

So what do talented Engineering Technicians do when they have time on their hands? They build jigs to speed up processes!

Here a brace of accessory tools are being engraved for the M107 Electro-Optic mount.
